SALISBURY — The Rowan County Young Professionals are bringing back one of the group’s signature events: Buds and Blossoms. The gathering is designed for professionals ages 21 to 45 who live or work in Rowan County and are looking to make meaningful professional connections in a welcoming and engaging atmosphere.
This event will be held at Mr. Paul’s Garden, a hidden gem located on Easy Street in downtown Salisbury. Tucked behind the F&M Bank Financial Center, the garden offers a peaceful, “secret garden” ambiance, for an evening of conversation, community and connection.
“Hosting Buds and Blossoms in Mr. Paul’s Garden feels especially meaningful, it’s a reflection of the values we carry forward through Young Pros: connection, service and growing together in the place we call home,” said Nicky Black, chair of the Rowan County Young Professionals. “As a Rowan County native, I grew up inspired by the leadership of Paul Fisher. Now, watching Steve Fisher, president and CEO of F&M Bank, continue that legacy and serve as this year’s chamber president serves as a powerful example for anyone striving to grow professionally.”
Rowan Young Professionals is proud to partner with F&M Bank, a long-standing supporter of the organization. Special thanks are extended to Brianna Craft, Nick Means and Dillon Brewer for their generous support and assistance in bringing this year’s event to life.
Buds and Blossoms will take place on Thursday, March 27, from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. Attendees can look forward to hors d’oeuvres and drinks while enjoying the company of fellow professionals in a uniquely charming setting. The event encourages attendees to spark new conversations, cultivate professional growth, and strengthen existing relationships.
