Salisbury Police reports
• Property damage from a hit and run on West Innes Street reportedly occurred about 2:18 p.m. March 26.
• Property damage from a hit and run on West Innes Street reportedly occurred between 1 and 3:15 p.m. March 26.
• Property damage from a hit and run on Jake Alexander Boulevard West reportedly occurred about 6:04 p.m. March 26,
• A report of communicating threats on East 14th Street reportedly occurred about 11 p.m March 26.
• Tampering with a motor vehicle on North Church Street reportedly occurred about 1:30 a.m. March 27.
• Charles Michael Bittle, 47, was charged March 26 on a felony warrant service.
• Amber Nicole Richardson, 46, was charged March 26 with felony possession of a schedule II controlled substance and misdemeanor second-degree trespassing.
Rowan County Sheriff’s Office reports
• A larceny on Rothrock Road, Rockwell reportedly occurred between 2:30 p.m. March 24 and 9 a.m. March 25.
• An illegal burn on Timberlake Court was reported March 25 at 1:52 p.m.
• Bailey Tyler Richardson, 25, was charged March 25 with possession of a controlled substance on penal institution premises.
• Charles Kenall Linton, 49, was charged March 25 with possession of schedule II controlled substance.
