Salisbury Police reports

• Property damage from a hit and run on Wilson Road reportedly occurred between 9 p.m. April 6 and 9 a.m. April 7.

• A report of discharging a firearm on Locke Street was taken at 10:20 p.m. April 7. No injuries reported.

• Shannon Duane Phillips, 43, was charged April 7 with obscenity-disseminating harmful material to a minor.

Rowan County Sheriff’s Office reports

• Property damage due to vandalism from multiple vehicle break-ins on Tingle Drive was reported twice, once about  5:45 p.m. and again at 6:11 p.m. April 6.

• Richard Kasey Webb, 36, was charged April 6 with interfering with a jail or prison fire system.
