Tuesday games …
GRANITE QUARRY — East Rowan beat South Rowan 6-0 as Camryn Perkins struck out 13 and held the Raiders to three hits and one walk.
Kori Miller led East’s offense in the South Piedmont Conference game with three hits. Perkins and Chloe Shank had two each.
East (15-2, 11-1) had 12 hits and scored four runs in the sixth to break it open.
South pitcher Remi Hagerty pitched a complete game with two strikeouts and no walks. Eva Shue tripled and Cressley Patterson doubled but the Raiders couldn’t get them home. Danica Krieg’s single was the only other hit for South (10-6, 7-6).
East will honor seniors on Thursday between games of a doubleheader with Lake Norman Charter.

THOMASVILLE — East Davidson pounded Salisbury 22-5 in three innings in Central Carolina Conference action.
East Davidson (11-6, 8-1) scored 15 runs in the second inning to bring the game to an early conclusion.
Ashley Yang hit a home run for the Hornets (9-8, 5-5). She had two hits, scored two runs and drove in three. Tijah Sims had two RBIs.

MOUNT ULLA — West Rowan beat Northwest Cabarrus 4-2 and 20-6 in a South Piedmont Conference doubleheader.
Reese Poole had three hits and Arabelle Shulenburger pitched a strong game in the opener. Shulenburger struck out seven and walked one.
Taylor Keller, Riley Haggas, Ava Baxter and Shulenburger had RBIs.
The second game was more eventful.
EA Nance went 4-for-4 and hit her sixth homer for the Falcons (15-2, 12-1).
Poole hit her eighth homer.
Baxter, Kayla Burns and Ansley Jenkins had good games.
Raney Phelps got her first pitching win of the season. Shulenburger made a rare appearance in the outfield and threw out a runner.
Haylee Ellis hit a homer for the Trojans.

KANNAPOLIS — Mooresville pounded out 16 hits and beat A.L. Brown 13-3 in a Greater Metro Conference game.
Myla McNeely scored two runs for the Wonders (8-5-1, 5-4).
Marynda Blackwelder, Kennedy Yow and Madyson Baker had doubles.
