Rowan weather: Warm rain, cold weekend

This week will be warm again with a chance of rain on three days, including today’s 60 percent chance.
Showers are likely, mainly between noon and 3 p.m., with patchy fog throughout the afternoon. It will be cloudy, with a high of 69. South wind will blow at 8-13 mph, with gusts up to 22 mph.
Tonight the chance of rain drops to 30 percent, with more patchy fog in the evening. The night will start off cloudy, then clear gradually, with a low of 49. We’ll have more winds, from the west southwest, at 5-14 mph, with gusts up to 20 mph.
Tuesday will be sunny and 70, with diminished winds from the west at 3-5 mph. Tuesday night will be clear with a low of 40.
Mostly sunny Wednesday, with a high of 66. Then we get a 70 percent chance of showers Wednesday night, and a low of 51.
For Thursday, it’s an 80 percent of showers, mainly before 4 p.m., with a high of 63. The chance of rain drops to 40 percent Thursday night, with a low around 41.
The sun returns Friday, along with cooler temperatures, and a nigh near 54. You’ll really notice the change with a low of 30.
Saturday’s going to feel cold after two weeks of warmth. The high will be just 45 degrees. The low will be a very cold 24.
Sunday will be sunny, but the high will only reach 47.
